During a very difficult time the CSA team really made the cremation process easy and effortless. No one wants to deal with these kinds of logistics, but Steven went above and beyond when handling my needs, and provided 5 star customer service and communication the whole time. The Cremation Society Of America was a pleasure to work with. Ordering online was very easy. During this tough time I really didn't want to speak to someone who was going to ask a million questions. I just wanted to get it over with and put my family member to rest. The ashes were sent to us in a beautiful urn that is now in my home. I high recommend them.

When my husband passed it was sudden, unexpected. Our 3 adult children were as devastated as I was - and for several days although we knew what we must get done we had not a clue as to where to start. But every person my daughter and I spoke to at the Cremation Society helped us. They all had the right answer for us, with no waiting, no confusion, and no misunderstandings. Especially Angela, who helped me more than she ever knew to get through the sudden death of our loved one (and my cancer surgery at the same time that they knew nothing about). Our family will always be grateful for the professional, prompt, orderly and kind treatment we received. The Cremation Society was there for us in every way, at every turn.

We called and everything was handled over the phone. The death was unexpected and unfortunately money was tight. We found Cremation Society of America to be the lowest price of all the places we called. We did our research and found they had been in business for a long time so that built trust. I want to thank Sue and David for all their help. I would highly recommend due to the fast, easy and caring service we received.

The CSA team Steven, Angela, and Lorena are caring and very efficient. Specially Steven, I personally dealt with him and he went the extra mile to keep me informed of the process, cremation day and time per our request since we were going to have a mass during the cremation. He was very understanding and conscious of our needs. He was extremely sympathetic and patient no matter how many times I called. He’s was a great help throughout this very difficult time for us. He’s a great asset to this to this company.
