You can Pre-Plan with CSA, lock in the price, and enjoy the peace of mind that you deserve. Should you move to a location outside of our service area, you are entitled to a refund for all cremation services (urns can be delivered).
Let’s say you moved to New York and found a cremation provider. You would inform the New York provider that you have pre-arrangements with us at CSA. Upon your written request and direction, we at CSA would send to either you or to the provider a check for all cremation services.
What if you were to pass away in NY before you could arrange for a refund? This scenario is called an “out of town fulfillment” and happens quite often with the transient nature of Florida. We would have to be notified and then we would send the balance of your Pre-Planned account to help pay for the NY funeral home arrangements. You simply do not lose the money you have paid to CSA as it’s trusted per Florida Statute Chapter 497 laws.
We also offer Reliant Travel Protection and for $495 you are covered nationwide to get back to your registered home address or funeral home of choice. Reliant Travel Protection gives you 100% Peace of Mind knowing there would never be $1000’s paid to a funeral home and travel arrangements to bring mortal remains home.
